Order Processing Shipping method selected corresponds to number of days in transit, it does not include processing time. Processing time may increase days for delivery. The shipping preference you choose does not guarantee the shipment or arrival date of your order, it only guarantees the service level provided by the carrier once the order ships. Processing Information: Orders placed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Based on stock allocation, non-warehoused items may take an additional 2-3 days. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time (9:30 a.m. Mountain Time) may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. Also please note that Monday is our busiest processing day and orders placed after 7:00 a.m. EST may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. You will be emailed your tracking or label number within 24-48 hours of shipment. Economy Shipping - only $2.99 to $5.99 Are you tired of paying more for shipping than the price of the part? Light weight, small packages qualify for our Economy Shipping rates. While these orders are processed within our regular timeline this option is not a premium shipping method and due to stock allocation and shipping service they may take 7-10 days to be delivered. Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some tools and hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using Economy Shipping, applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only. Please Note: Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Economy Shipping. We reserve the right to change or discontinue Economy Shipping and/or Free Shipping at any time.
Express Delivery (Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select) **We suggest contacting our sales office by phone or email to verify stock location for all urgent air orders as this can affect overall delivery times** Please be aware that FedEx does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as transit or delivery days. If an order includes both items that can be express shipped and others that cannot be express shipped and you want "express delivery" on the eligible items, then the total shipping fees will reflect regular ground and express rates. (Not all items can be expressed.)
FedEx Transit Times Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days by FedEx. Next Day Air or overnight packages shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. For urgent orders or Saturday deliveries, please contact the sales department at 888-399-1135. *FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We can only ship USPS (postal) to a P.O. Box.
FedEx International FedEx International is our preferred shipping method for fast, dependable service to most international destinations with estimated delivery times of 1 to 5 business days. Please note - quoted shipping times do not include processing days and are not guaranteed. Estimated arrival time is based on the amount of days in transit after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours but can take longer depending on product stock and location.
First Class International Mail Important Notes: While 1st Class International shipping is economical, delivery times typically take 1-4 weeks for delivery, but occasionally can take longer. This method is not trackable and not insurable so . First Class mail is recommended for low value packages which are not time sensitive. Please do not use this method for shipping high value items since the package is not insurable and if lost we cannot recover any of the value for you. If you need your package quickly and need to track the progress of the package USPS Express or FedEx is recommended. Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package. To determine the cost of shipping to an international destination simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You should see the shipping charge before having to enter your credit card information. Some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada (HPI in particular).
USPS International Priority Mail Delivery usually in 10-14 business days, delivery confirmation available to major destinations. While most packages are delivered within 10-14 business days, in rare instances, delays of up from 60 to 90 Days have been experienced once the package has left the United States due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, an inquiry form will need to be filed with USPS. That usually takes 30 days to process. If the USPS doesn't find the lost package an insurance claim will then be filed with the USPS which could take 30-90 additional days to process. Replacement orders will not be sent out until the inquiry and claim process is complete. Packages with Value exceeding 300.00 are insured at no additional cost to the customer. Packages under $300.00 are not insured unless you contact us to add insurance to your package which will incur additional charges. We are not responsible for uninsured packages which are lost or damaged in transit.

International Taxes IMPORT TAX: You may have to pay an IMPORT TAX upon receiving the package. This tax is charged by YOUR COUNTRY - NOT GrandprixRC. You are importing goods into your country, so it is YOUR responsibility to pay all applicable taxes. Again - we cannot be held responsible for knowing the laws of your country. If an import tax is required, your shipping carrier (USPS OR DHL) will collect it before delivering the package. To protect against credit card fraud, we MUST ship all credit card orders to the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card. If you place an order with us to ship to a different country from the billing address on the card, we will NOT ship the order. Please do not request that we falsify invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information.
APO & FPO When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (space available mail). SAM requires no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available transport. Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial carrier. GrandprixRC has no control over this, however we are obligated to comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping. Therefore, we will no longer be able to ship flammable or hazardous materials items such as fuel or LiPo batteries. Shipping to an APO or FPO Address Field 1: Army, Navy and Marines enter Unit Number and Box number; for Ships, enter Ship Name and Hull Number; for Air Force, enter PSC Number and Box Number. Address Field 2: You can enter optional military command or organization name. City: Enter APO or FPO. State: Select one of the following from the drop-down box: AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada AA - Armed Forces Americas AP - Armed Forces Pacific Country: United States Zip: Enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.
Receiving Parts Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the order. No exceptions. WRONG ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order. No exceptions. If delivery is refused then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the standard fees as shown on our Return Policy.
Partial Shipments We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we cannot ship one or more items due to backorder, we will ship the parts that are available and credit your account accordingly. If a small item (most parts) from a large order (complete car, truck, or boat kits) cannot be shipped, credit may only be for the part without an adjustment in shipping. This is because shipping charges are based on the dimensions of the box. We will contact you if the part is backordered to verify if you are willing to wait for the backordered part to ship.
Incorrect Parts Although we do everything we can to get the right part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick it up and replace it. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part by calling our Customer Service Desk at 888-399-1135. The replacement item will be shipped when we receive the wrong item. Replacements will be shipped based on the original shipping method.
Lost Package Policy On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. GrandprixRC will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible. However, we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. After you contact us regarding a missing package we will start an inquiry with the shipping carrier. The next course of action depends on the outcome of the shipping carrier's tracking or investigation. If the package is deemed lost we will refund the entire purchase price. If proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package shows delivery confirmation and/or was signed for) then no refund will be given. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. If a package is delivered damaged or is missing products that were shipped you must contact the shipping company and GrandprixRC within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier who will inspect the package to determine how to proceed with the claim. Money for lost packages will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed. Click the "Account" link near the small search box on the navigation bar to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order were shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance within 24 hours of package delivery. It is very important that we are contacted immediately if your package has been delivered but you did not receive the package. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and begin an investigation into the missing package. If we are not notified within the first 48 hours after the package was delivered we cannot be held liable for package recovery or replacement.
Sending Gifts - Shipping to a Different Address If you are paying with a credit card, we ship to the address where the credit card bill is sent every month (billing address). We may need to verify details and ask for additional information if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, or if you are a first time customer. We try to avoid any delays but an order could be held 24-48 hours while additional verification is attempted. We reserve the right to ship an order to the credit card billing address that is verified by the credit card processor. Please refer to our Store Policy for additional information regarding payment.
Local Pickup We have in-store pickup available for local customers. Once your address is entered on our checkout page you will be offered In-Store Pickup as a shipping option. Select that method, enter your form of payment, and submit the order. The order will be processed through our normal channels and we will email you when it is ready for pickup. For your convenience our address and store hours will be provided on that email notification.
